The Open Road is built with one of the fastest bases available.

A P-tex 4000 base keeps your speed on those long cat tracks or traverses and retains wax longer… which means less wax time and more time drinking beer with your buddies.

Sandwiched in between pre-cured carbon stringers and the speedy base is a paulownia wood core. One of the lightest and strongest wood cores available.

This is a great all mountain board but thrives in powder. It’s slightly tapered nose helps keep your back leg from burning and helps your nose stay above the powder. It also has a mean sidecut to lay down carves on those early morning groomers!

Are you tired of having a burning back leg on pow days? We designed the Open Road with Pow Surf Camber to help relieve that. The mellow camber in the center of the board helps keep the board lifted and nose above the powder a lot easier...giving you more control on those special days.
