For all warranty claims, please Email us at info@lagosnowboards.com  We will need pictures, serial number and description of issue. All approved warranty claims will be replaced or credited to a future purchase. Return and/or replacement board shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Within a year after purchase, if you break your board, WE WILL GET YOU A NEW ONE! If we are sold out of your size or model of board, you will be given a store credit for a future purchase or an in stock board of your choice (equal or lesser value).

Once approved by the Lago Snowboards team, we will send you a new board immediately following the returned boards arrival. 

Broken boards that DO NOT qualify are broken edges due to impact from a rock or anything hard, dented or pushed in edges due to a board being dropped while standing, and top sheet stress marks or cracks. Multiple stress cracks across the top, which is simply the lacquer, is normal among all boards and does not affect how the board rides.

Chips, scratches, dents, rust, rock damage, and rail damage happens and is considered normal wear and tear. Dents or cracks on the side wall will not be covered. Improper binding mounting is not covered by warranty. Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty. Adhesives, solvents and loc-tite that causes damages are not covered under warranty. Any base damage due to riding over debris (core shots and scratches) will not be covered.
