Lago Snowboards ships to all US Territories.  Please allow up to 2-3 business days for order processing.  Items ship from our warehouse in New Hampshire Monday - Friday. Orders placed on Lago Snowboards are shipped by either USPS, UPS or Fedex.  Delivery time varies by location and all estimated shipping times on our site are approximate.

We offer free ground shipping via UPS on all our boards. Expedited shipping can be purchased at an additional charge. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Orders placed on Lago Snowboards are shipped by either USPS, UPS or Fedex.  Delivery time varies by location and all estimated shipping times on our site are approximate. 

Delivery time varies by country and by the country's customs regulations and procedures. If for some reason, you do not receive your package within several weeks, check with your local post office and local customs office. Duties and taxes are not included in purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note, Lago Snowboards is unable to fulfill orders to Russia.
